Pictured below is our new Headquarters Station opened in August 2003. The Headquarters Station houses the Fire Marshall’s Office, Maintenance Division, Training Division, and numerous pieces of apparatus. Our Headquarters Station is the product of several years of effort between the Fire Marshall, County fire Commission, and County Council to update and combine the previous divisions of the County Fire Services which were all in separate county buildings. The new facility is state-of-the-art and will easily carry Abbeville County into the future. The Headquarters Station is located off Hwy 28 by-pass, east of Abbeville off Hwy 72.
